We use the very best quality products available. Our products include Tarconite and Neyra Thermo-Sealant products which are engineered for all climates and for high performance.
All sealer is not the same. The quality of asphalt sealer can vary. There are many inferior products on the market today. The products we use are of the highest quality and are applied according to manufacturer specifications. An inferior product will result in a poor quality job.
For best results, we recommend no vehicle traffic for 48hrs after completion of the work. It is safe for foot traffic after 24hrs after completion of the work.
No. It is not necessary for anyone to be present while the work is taking place. It is important that pets do not have access to the area being worked on.
