No. While we use high-performance, quality products, the sealer will not be thick to the point of eliminating a rough surface. Unfortunately, no sealer has this ability. The products we use will help to protect and beautify the pavement.
No. Once a crack has developed in the asphalt, it cannot be eliminated. Our goal is to seal the cracks (1/4? and larger) to protect the foundation of the pavement from the damaging effects of moisture. Most asphalt requires annual crack sealing.
These cracks are common on the surface of the asphalt even after regular maintenance and do not contribute to the deterioration of the pavement. They are caused by extremes in temperatures during the summer and winter months
